As Japan is a super-aging society, more people hope to spend their last moments at home and it has been expanding the demand for home health care.
Aiming to achieve "a society where every person can live their own lives", we provide a service that does the complicated clerical work of clinics through our remote operations center by using cloud technology.
By sharing the doctor's clerical tasks, it reduces the burden on doctors and helps them focus on medical treatment.
Moreover, ICT enables us to design an employment system that encourages female healthcare professionals to start working for short hours even after they once left full-time work due to childbirth or other reasons of different life-stages, and we actively hire those who are continuously raising children or nursing their family members.
Due to this, we have continued to achieve the career development that leads management innovation.

While working for a major IT company, I experienced burnout and took a temporary leave of absence. As a result, I realized the importance of dealing with mental health on a daily basis from a preventive perspective and launched MentaRest. We are working daily to develop services thoroughly from the user's perspective.
Although many companies are taking measures such as mandatory stress checks and the appointment of industrial physicians, the expected effect is the "early detection" of people with mental health problems, and there is a current situation in which it does not contribute to "prevention. However, the expected effect is "early detection" of people with mental disorders, not "prevention" of mental disorders.
By utilizing avatars in the Metaverse space, we will lower the psychological hurdle to use, and create a system that enables corporate employees to organize their thoughts and emotions and achieve stable performance.
